Leaseholder Services & Fees

The fees below apply to individual leaseholder requests and are charged separately from the general service charge.

To request a service, please contact us using the details on our Contact page. We will confirm the correct fee and provide bank transfer details.

Prices are shown inclusive of VAT, with the VAT-exclusive fee shown in brackets. Legal fees, surveyor fees and other third-party costs are charged separately where applicable.

  • Standard leasehold sale pack for solicitors. Turnaround: 15 working days from payment notification and Maison confirming receipt.

  • Priority service where available. Turnaround: 15 working days from payment notification and Maison confirming receipt.

  • Updated information within 3 months of the original pack.

  • Additional enquiries after the pack has been issued. Charged from £210 inc VAT depending on the number and complexity of enquiries.

  • Registration of new leaseholder details.

  • Registration of mortgage lender details.

  • Registration of both transfer and mortgage charge.

  • Review and issue of certificate where required.

  • Administration of deed of covenant where required.

  • Replacement share or membership documentation.

  • Administration and coordination of lease extension documents for signing by the freeholder, management company or relevant signatories. Legal fees and third-party costs are charged separately where applicable.

  • Administration of subletting consent request.

  • Initial review of proposed works.

  • Administration of formal alterations licence.

  • Review of unauthorised works, use or breach issues.

  • Replacement communal key administration.

  • Urgent access key processing where available.

  • Flat-specific insurance claim administration and correspondence.

  • Leaseholder arrears reminder.

  • Final review before legal referral.

  • Set up of agreed payment arrangement.

  • Administration of legal referral.

  • Administration of refunds where payment has been made incorrectly, including standing orders not cancelled after sale.

Fees are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise.

We will not begin work until payment has been received, receipt of funds has been confirmed, and all required information has been provided.

Expedited and urgent services are subject to availability.

The fee schedule lists common leaseholder services and administration charges, but it is not exhaustive. Other charges may apply for services, requests or administration not listed on this page.

Maison may provide a separate quotation for complex, historic, urgent or unusually time-consuming matters.

All charges are subject to the lease and applicable law.
